Dubai is a different country, a different menu and a different currency to the Hyderabad restaurants, so its prices are set there and quoted in dirhams. This site publishes them only where a restaurant has given its own list.
Grand Mehfil Hor Al Anz is the exception. The restaurant gave us its full price list in dirhams, and it is the only Mehfil on this site whose menu carries prices. What follows is that list, and the monthly plan that sits alongside it.
The monthly plan
The plan is bought by the month and eaten in the dining room. It is not a delivery subscription and not a tiffin service. You sit down for it.

The three-meal tier works out at about AED 5 a meal, 449 dirhams across ninety meals. The one-meal tier is AED 6.50 a meal and the two-meal tier AED 5.50, so the plan gets cheaper per plate the more of your week it covers.
That sits under a menu where a Single chicken biryani is already AED 9. The plan is not a discount scheme so much as what the same food costs when you eat it most days: it exists for people eating at the same place all week.
Biryani is on the plan every Friday. It is the one dish the plan names.
What it costs without the plan
Biryani at Grand Mehfil comes in four sizes. The Single is the portion the group introduced at its first restaurant in Narayanguda, a plate full of biryani made for one person, with no sharing needed.

Why this page can print a price at all
Hor Al Anz publishes its own list in dirhams and gave it in full, which is what the table above is. No other Mehfil publishes prices on this site. The live figures sit on the delivery apps, where they are always current.
These are Dubai prices for a Dubai menu, and they should not be read against Hyderabad.
Beyond biryani, the menu at Hor Al Anz runs to kebabs and tandoori, Chinese starters, chicken and mutton curries, paneer, breads, shawarma, and momos in chicken, fish and vegetable.
The momos are worth naming. Hor Al Anz is the only Mehfil anywhere that makes them. Not the other Dubai restaurant, and none of the seventeen in Hyderabad. Breakfast is not much wider: the two Dubai restaurants serve it, and in Hyderabad only Uppal, KPHB and Udamgadda do, where it is poori with Irani chai.
Where it is, and when it is open
Grand Mehfil Hor Al Anz is opposite Abu Bakr Al Siddique Metro Station, Exit 2, in Deira. It opened in 2026, the nineteenth restaurant the group has opened since 2006 and the second in the UAE.
The restaurant opens at 5am and runs to midnight. Kadak Irani chai starts at AED 0.5 and breakfast is on from the moment the doors open, with biryani from 11am and the rest of the menu from noon. What the breakfast is changes from time to time, so ask the restaurant what is on.
The other Dubai restaurant is Grand Mehfil Al Qusais, by Bin Shabib Mall, which opened in 2024 and was the first Mehfil anywhere outside India. It does not run the meal plan.
Ordering
Hor Al Anz delivers through Keeta. Al Qusais delivers through Keeta, Noon and Talabat. The meal plan is dine-in only and is arranged at the restaurant.
