Whose site this is

mehfilbiryani.com is the website of the Mehfil Group of Restaurants, which runs the Mehfil restaurants in Hyderabad and the Grand Mehfil restaurants in Dubai. These terms apply to anyone using it. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The information on the site

We keep what the site says about our restaurants, dishes, opening hours and locations accurate, and correct it when we learn that something has changed. It is there to help you plan a visit or an order. If a detail matters to you, check with the restaurant before you set out.

The photographs show our food and our restaurants. Some are retouched, or widened at the edges to fit a layout. Where a picture recreates a scene that was never photographed, it says so beside it.

Ordering

This site takes no orders and no payments. An order placed through a delivery app, or through the separate handi ordering site, is made with that service and under its terms. If something went wrong with a meal, tell us through the contact page as well, so that the restaurant hears about it.

Restaurants outside the group also trade under the Mehfil name. The group can answer only for its own, and the official list says which those are.

The Mehfil name, and what is on this site

The Mehfil name and the MR crest are the group's trademarks. The words, photographs and films on this site belong to the group or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to any page, and pictures of it for your own, non-commercial use. Please do not use the name, the crest or the site's content to suggest a connection with the group that does not exist, or reuse them commercially without the group's written permission.

Using the site fairly

Please do not interfere with how the site works, try to reach parts of it that are not public, or send it automated or false traffic, including through its contact form and its visit counter. Messages sent through the form should be your own, and should not include anyone else's personal details without their agreement. What happens to what you send is on the privacy page.

Links to other sites

The site links to delivery apps, maps, the handi ordering site and social networks. The group does not run those services and is not responsible for what they say or do. Their own terms apply once you are there.

Responsibility, and the law that applies

The site is offered as it is. As far as the law allows, the group is not liable for loss that comes from using the site or relying on it. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

When the terms change, this page changes with it, and the date below moves. Questions about them can be sent through the contact page.
