The first Mehfil opened in Narayanguda in 2006, in the centre of the city. Most of the restaurants opened since then have gone west. Ten of the seventeen in Hyderabad are now in the west of the city, and the most recent opening in Hyderabad, Suncity in 2026, is on this side too.
This is a list of those ten and what each one reaches, in the order they opened.
The IT corridor
Mehfil Shaikpet (2015) covers Raidurg, Shaikpet and Madhapur. It was the fourth restaurant the group opened, and the first this far west.
Mehfil Hitech City (2017) covers Madhapur, Kondapur and Kavuri Hills. It is the IT corridor restaurant, and late nights are the pattern there in a way they are not everywhere else.
Mehfil Gachibowli (2019) covers Kothaguda, Kondapur and Gachibowli.
Box O’ Mehfil (2024) shares a building with Gachibowli and reaches the same three areas. It has a menu of its own, from biryanis to Indian and Chinese boxes and bowls, rolls, chicken wings and curry combos, sold over its own counter and out for delivery.
Neither of the two in that building seats you, as it happens. Gachibowli is a counter as well. For a table on this stretch, Hitech City and Shaikpet are the nearest.

North-west
Mehfil Nizampet X Road (2018) covers Nizampet, Hydernagar and Bachupally.
Mehfil KPHB (2025) covers KPHB Colony, Kukatpally and JNTU.
Mehfil BHEL (2025) covers BHEL Township, Lingampally and Chandanagar, the north-western edge of the city.
South-west and centre-west
Mehfil Attapur (2011) covers Attapur, Mehdipatnam and Rajendranagar. It is the second restaurant the group ever opened, and it arrived five years after the first, a longer wait than any of the seventeen that came after it.
Mehfil Banjara Hills (2022) covers Banjara Hills, NBT Nagar and Masab Tank. It holds the same line as the Mehfil menu does everywhere, in one of the most expensive postcodes in the city: a biryani for one person, under ₹150.
Mehfil Suncity (2026) covers Bandlaguda Jagir, Suncity and Vikas Nagar. It is the most recent opening in Hyderabad.
What they have in common
All ten close at midnight, every day. Biryani is on from 11am at all of them except Box O’ Mehfil, which opens at noon, and the rest of the menu from noon. Five open earlier, at 5am, for Irani chai: Shaikpet, Nizampet X Road, KPHB, BHEL and Suncity, and KPHB serves poori with it.
All ten do takeaway. Seven have a dining room, Gachibowli, Banjara Hills and Box O’ Mehfil are counters, so check before you plan to sit down. All of them take party orders except Box O’ Mehfil. That is the biryani handi rather than a stack of single plates.
